Dana Downs, Chef and Restauranteur of Roost Modern Italian is now accepting candidates for Park - City Club Cuisine, which offers an upscale American cuisine, focusing on uniquely inspired dishes and exceptional service. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill positions for Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dish, Grill, Sautee, and Pantry. We are looking for talented individuals in all culinary areas that have a desire to deliver superior food in a professional, fast-paced environment. Both Part-time and Full-Time positions are available. Qualifications include being able to multi-task, having an understanding quality control, sanitation, and food preparations, being able to self-manage, and has the ability to work well with others.
