I am very versed in center of the plate; for example all types of steaks, pork, chicken, duck, seafood and wild game. I also do several pasta dishes. Vegetarian and Vegan options are no problem. One of Steve's other great qualities is that he takes food allergies seriously and handles them accordingly. Steve also knows how to keep food cost low without sacrificing quality.
