I own a health card and a "Certified Professional Food Handlers" certificate. We had to get these in order to attend Le Cordon Bleu. The price varies on: -If I have to pick up the food (Distance for gas, hours, quantity of items) -If it is homemade or processed food (example: packages meatballs vs. me rolling ground beef, cutting vegetables, etc) -The hours I will be working (cooking, cleaning before and after) -Other additional charges usually do not apply, but if something out of the usual occurs, we shall discuss terms
