I am a Cuban actor, model, filmmaker and cook with restaurant experience. It’s re-renaissance, people! As I always say, cooking is my second first passion. There is nothing more gratifying than a well set table surrounded by your loved ones. I always always make everything from scratch, no shortcuts with this Cuban! For me is all about the freshest ingredients and tons of flavor. My specialties are Cuban (of course) and since I am also Spanish I love to cook with those Mediterranean ingredients for a healthy approach. By coming to this country I am also fascinated by the Cuban-American concept. I have experience cooking in restaurants like The Tuscan Gun, owned by Gabriele Corcos (yes, the Italian guy from Cooking Channel’s Extra Virgin) So, you will get the restaurant experience with a home-made relaxed vibe. I doo private dinners for up to 15 people, small cocktails parties and one week worth of meals for families no bigger than 6.
