I started in the culinary world with Pampered Chef in the mid nineties which lead to a small catering business in Louisiana. My husband Mark and I next moved to North Carolina where I found myself in a preschool classroom teaching 4 and 5 year olds how to enjoy the kitchen. After many years at Chapel Hill's acclaimed Southern Season's Cooking School as lead kitchen assistant, instructor and manager, I am now enjoying cooking on a more intimate level.
I can come to your home (anywhere in the Triangle) and prepare a special dinner for your family or event or shop and prepare meals to enjoy on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
