I am a classically trained chef with a broad range of experience. I grew up here in Georgia, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, I got very fortunate right out of culinary school with the Chef I mentored under. He gave me the experience to cook at Michelin star restaurants and the James Beard House and many more accolades. I love sharing my talents, making people happy and showing people that food brings people
together. I am open to new opportunities but the main services I offer are;

Cooking Classes/Lessons - Private setting or in large public group settings
Tastings- a dining experience with several courses of artistic delicious cuisine. (Great for valentines, anniversaries and more)

Chef Sam created an extraordinary dining experience. The charcuterie board, scallops, butternut squash soup, filet with mushroom risotto. Then charred peaches for dessert. Plus a few “extras” in between. Thank you again Sam!
