Thank you for considering my application.  I am very excited about the Private Chef position, and I believe I have the ideal qualifications for it including a Grand Diplome certification from Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. I have also completed an 8-month postgraduate program in French Culinary Arts at the Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism, George Brown Chef School,  Toronto.    I would describe myself as a hard worker with a strong commitment to ensuring cleanliness and first-rate presentation. I work well in a team. I am very focused and committed to tasks assigned to me, and experienced in meeting crucial deadlines independently.  I have always been very happy working in the Food Industry. I am comfortable preparing both western and eastern cuisine. I have strong communication skills, including fluency in English, Malay, Chinese (Mandarin) and some basic French.   I have a proven track record of adapting to the particular needs of any position I undertake. I can perform a range of functions from routine administration to creative problem solving.
