Looking for a full time chef for our 3 person family. Primarily based in Miami area, but travel and live 2 mos per year to NYC and to LA. Prefer someone who likes to cook vegetable forward (organic) with healthy proteins. We love having a variety of cuisines (japanese, thai, indian, french, etc..). Prefer someone familiar with macros based cooking. Hours are M-F Lunch/Dinner with occasional weekend dinner parties. Chef is responsible for pantry, restocking, wine/bev program as well as prep for breakfast/weekends when off. Salary with benefits, four weeks paid off per year (3 over summer, 1 over christmas). Must be someone willing to travel. Accommodations provided during travel.
