You name it, I've got you covered. My name is Erica, I am a professionally trained fine dining chef and have been in the industry for about 10 years from Toronto to Vancouver and back again. Classically trained with a french background, have worked in many Italian kitchens, specializing in hand made pasta. (Which I can do in front of your guests!), working on the west coast and really finding a love for seafood, whole animal butchery, local product. I have a wide variety of cuisines that I am able to cook, just ask! My job is to make your event as flawless as possible. No hassle, no mess, no clean up. I am able to do events for up to 15 people on my own or up to 30 people with my partner (Who is my Fiance!) Romantic date night? - Want to bring the restaurant to your very own home?
