Chef in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I am looking for a full/part time chef position on land for a private estate/home in Fort Lauderdale area or private Caribbean island villa. I have over 15 years experience working as private chef for celebrities and the most discriminate palates in the private and charter yacht industry. My style of cooking is versatile; Mediterranean, Italian, Caribbean, Asian and French. I am well traveled and love to cook everything that comes from the sea. I also love to create colorful and healthy salads, hors d'oeuvres, breakfast, brunches and desserts. Exceptional organization skills, flexible attitude, works well under pressure and highly creative.
