I am a certified executive chef and certified culinary adminisyrator with over 25 years experience working in all demographics of food service. Currently, I am the food service director and executive chef at a retreat center in Long Island New York, where I do all the baking and entrees from scratch; I would rather live at home with my wife and three children in Maine, which is why I am seeking a career change.
