Exciting Career Enhancement opportunity for an experienced Executive Sous Chef or Chef to take A to Z Culinary responsibility for the successful execution of a new menu that is mostly from scratch. This $100 Million Regional Food, Beverage and Entertainment Company has 20 locations from Virginia to Florida. Northern Virginia (west of Reston) is their first location to convert to a scratch menu where as many items as possible will be made on the premises. Ideal candidates should have Kitchen Manager, Culinary Manager, Executive Sous Chef or Chef experience from companies such as: Houlihan's, Fridays, Macaroni Grill, Chili's, Red Robin, Darden, etc. Interviews are being held ASAP.
