I have opened over 20 successful restaurant chains and numerous high end bar and grill establishments. I have owned and operated several top caterring companies in the country for the last 10 years. I have prepared food for various celeberties and athletes that pass through Las Vegas. Name your favorite one and i have cooked for them. I was the executive chef for MGM GRAND GARDEN ARENA, MANDALAY BAY ARENA, MGM PARK THEATER, and dedicated chef for ARAMARK SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT, and CENTERPLATE. I have been the executive chef for the CMA'S, the Latin Grammys,The Billboard Awards and I ❤ Radio FESTIVAL. Not to mention countless other high profile events and award shows for rhe last 4 years .
