Hello,
My name is Christopher Kavanaugh and I have been a fine dining Chef for almost 15 years. After my 6 years in the Army, I decided to go to culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu in Hollywood CA. I was instantly emerged into the world of chefs! I was raised in the kitchens by chefs like Iron Chef Eric Greenspan at The Foundry on Melrose, Iron Chef Kris Moningstar at The District, Chef Sasha Lyon who was sous chef to Anthony Bourdain at The W Hotel in Hollywood, and James Beard and Michlen Star recipitent Hubert Kellar.
