Hi there my name is Jamai I’ve been working in restaurants since i was 14. Went to culinary high school in NJ and culinary college in NYC and have been working in top NYC kitchens for the past 10 years. I love to cook at my apt for my friends and there small events and would love to cook for yours. My specialties range from various cuisines but i lean more to fine dining American soul food, Italian, Mexican, French and pastry as well as bakery items. I also love cooking healthy food and breakfast dishes.
