Chef in Kansas City, Missouri

I have just relocated to Kansas City, Missouri from San Diego, California to pursue a masters degree in Integrative and functional nutrition and am looking for new clients! Previously I was working as a private chef for 4 different clients who's interests lay mainly in eating healthy and healing with food through adhering to specific and rigid dietary parameters. I have extensive experience in a variety of cuisines and cooking styles. I enjoy catering intimate events and weddings of up to 100 guests as well, but prefer the individual relationship fostered with my private clients and families. I have had the fortune of cooking in private homes both in this country and overseas. My food style is generally seasonal, locally sourced and organic when possible, healthy comfort food. I am well versed in vegan and vegetarian cooking, juicing and raw food as well as ethnic cuisines including but not limited to Japanese, French, German, Mediterranean, Thai, Indian, Italian, Israeli, Spa Cuisine and American fusion. I am willing to travel and would prefer to work Monday-Friday.
