Chef in Los Angeles, California

I am an experienced restaurant chef who has recently moved back to the Los Angeles area. From the start of my career washing dishes at the age of 17 i moved up to eventually be a chef de cuisine. I recently was working to open the NoMad Los Angeles as a sous chef. I have currently made the decision to live a more balanced lifestlye between restaurant hours and a personal life. Looking for a good career opportunity that would allow me to have less hours and more pay without sacraficing my passion.
