My mother is 70 and just coming out of the hospital for blood clot and heart issues. She lives a sedentary lifestyle and is significantly overweight. She seems committed to making changes in her diet to improve her health. She lives on the old north side of Indianapolis and would likely need meals 5 to 6 days per week including lunch and dinner
