I am a professional chef currently working in retail manufacturing. My experience includes working at a Michelin starred restaurant right out of culinary school. I have spent the last 7 years working in product development for retailers such as Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Costco, creating fresh food for consumers to enjoy at home. I am now looking to get back to what I am so passionate about, working with fresh, preservative free ingredients to create nutrient dense offerings for people that care about what they eat. I love to create culturally diverse cuisine and am experienced in working with many eclectic flavor profiles.
