Chef Job in Northfield Center, Ohio

I don't even know if this is the right site to be on, but we are a local pub seeking quality help in our kitchen. I've tried all of the typical websites, but all I get are the typical applicants. We are a bar, but we would like to take things to another level and we can't do that with the help we currently have. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would be willing to pay someone more than the average pay if they produced more than average, were reliable and willing to work longer hours. We also would like the possibility of having a cook/manager. I know this is a "chef" website, but I thought I would take a chance. Hey, maybe there is a retired chef out there who still has more miles to go and wants a change of scenery.
