How it works: I come to your house for a free consultation and we discuss your favorites, dietary restrictions and goals. I offer meal prep and cooking for the week, cooking lessons, and vacation or camping food packaged to heat and serve. I only use farm fresh seasonal ingredients, sourced from local farms in your area. You don't have to worry about hormones, GMO, or portions. Once we have a meal plan in place, I create a unique menu designed around your needs and send it to you for approval. Once you approve it, you will send a deposit for grocery shopping and containers. On your assigned cooking day I will shop for the freshest ingredients at the best value, come to your house, cook and clean up your kitchen, only the delicious aroma left behind is any indication I've been there.
