GASPERGOU is a small catering company specializing in simple Cajun cooking. Looking for seafood boils or classic Cajun dishes? How about a raw seafood bar? I can also accommodate parties looking for more upscale hors d'oeurves, cheese and charcuterie platters, or various other sundries by request.
I've been cooking in New Orleans for the last 8 years, and graduated from John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University before that. Have prior experience in fine dining, cheese tastings, classic Italian, but as stated already, prefer to cook authentic Cajun cuisine.
Price quotes vary upon request and will be all inclusive of all food, beverages, and serving ware needed.
