Hello all future employers! My name is Christopher Fraser and I am a 33 year old Executive Chef. I have been in the culinary trade professionally for fifteen years and wouldn't trade a single day for anything else! I have been fortunate enough to have worked in such places as Chicago, Illinois to Yellowknife,N.W.T to the East Coast of Canada! I have worked everything from fine dinning, pubs to good old fashioned home cooking. My clientele has ranged from Canadian Olympic Gold medalist Jennifer Jones to the elderly & kids of all ages. I am very passionate about foods and love keeping up with the recent trends, but also not to forgot about the classics dishes. If any Chef or cook tells you they know it all well im sorry to say they don't and I'm not to proud to ask for a recipe!
