Classically trained chef and Professional bartender. Attended Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts and worked as a chef and Bartender in Vail, CO for 5 years before coming to Washington. I am now making my way as a professional Bartender and Mixologist while cooking for private dinners and small parties. I specialize in Italian and German cuisine, as well as having a love of working with Chocolate.
