Responsible to oversee kitchen operations, Quality Control; manage menu with daily specials, personnel, pantry, purchasing, banquets, etc. Must enjoy dealing with the public and present themselves well.
We are a small hotel with 2 restaurants/kitchens - Breakfast Bistro and Uncle Reed's Mine for dinner.
