Open for Lunch, Brunch, Dinner, and Happy Hour! Manhattan is a casual upscale space with a variety of seating options for groups of all sizes, from cozy couples to large events. We are open for lunch from 11 am to 3 pm, and dinner daily from 5 to 10 pm. Brunch is served weekends from 9 am to 3 pm, and Happy Hour is served daily, from 3-6 pm & 10-Close, daily, and all-day Monday. Manhattan Seattle is an emerging culinary concept, run by dedicated and established restaurant professionals. We are looking for new team members to mentor and grow within our business! We are seeking an experienced and dependable Sous Chef. We are looking for punctual, dependable with a minimum 2 years of similar experience in fine dining or specialty catering kitchens or the equivalent. Cook must have the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic. We are looking for people who thrive on being busy while creating high quality food in a high volume environment with enthusiasm, integrity, work well with others and are willing to contribute to the team in a positive upbeat manner. Please have a great work ethic, a passion for food and the culinary industry! Interest in working in fine dining house, seasonal menus, special event catering.
