Chef in El Paso, Texas

Hello. I've recently relocated to El Paso. I have lived in Dallas for the past 17 yrs. I held a position with the Dallas Cowboys as a Sous Chef. I catered and assisted with all the food production for the players and staff. Currently here in El Paso I've been working on trying to get my meal preps off the ground. I've had very excellent success. I've seem to establish a great clientele. My passion has always been in the kitchen. I love cooking and creating new dishes. The best part is watching people enjoying your meals!!
