Fine dining restaurant, made from scratch kitchen in Alexandria, Mn looking for an additional chef working in the sous position but will train on the grill as back up. 25 to 35 hours per week. Open seven days a week, no late nights. Known for steaks, seafood and house made pasta. Must be team oriented and able to multi task in a fast paced environment. Salary commensurate with experience.
