Crystal Catering is in need of a Sous Chef with high volume catering experience to manage our Crane Bay location downtown Indianapolis. Someone who has at least 2 years experience, professional positive attitude, and willing to think outside the box. Will report directly to the Executive Chef and facilitate communication with the Operations Manager and Sales staff. We need someone that is quick on their feet, understands food safety, can manage a staff of up to 8 people, and willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy.
