Qualified candidates will have an opportunity to train under the seasoned leadership of a Johnson and Wales degreed Executive Chef who possesses more than 20 years of expertise, along with a Food and Beverage Director with more than 30 years expertise working on world-class cruise ships, prestigious private clubs and gourmet restaurants. Venue has a fine dining restaurant on site and have multiple spaces available to clients wishing to host catered weddings, corporate conferences, business meetings, reunions, and other events. Responsibilities of this full-time position would include assisting our Food & Beverage Director to produce high quality meals, practice and teach portion control, quality control, waste control and product preparation. This position will require nights and weekends. Qualified candidates will possess a culinary arts degree, full-service and banquet cooking experience, Sous Chef experience preferred, but not required.
