-Provide training for all staff; meet restaurant quality standards; assist in establishing and -enforcing food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation
-Available to work flexible schedules that could include weekends, mornings, or evenings.
-Experienced in all stations and multiple cooking styles
-Must have experience utilizing scraps to and waste control
-Must be able to butcher, trim and portion cuts of meat and fish.
-Proven, successful kitchen management history.
-2 years previous Chef experience with kitchen management duties.
-Able to monitor and correct production to company standards, recipes and presentations.
-Need good people skills, team leading skills, high energy and high food quality orientation.
-Formal Culinary Training or College Education preferred
-Moderate to strong hands-on line skills to back up expo, ticket calling and line operations
-Skills in food and labor cost control, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control.
-Experience in menu planning, and custom event menus
-Willing to manage the kitchen with a "hands on" approach
-Excellent communication with a "do whatever it takes" attitude
