Chef Job in Manteo, North Carolina

Striper's Bar and Grille is located on Roanoke Island N.C. We are a full service restaurant overlooking the Roanoke Sound in Manteo N.C. We have an exiting opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for a Chef/Kitchen manager to run a state of the art kitchen and oversee all B.O.H. operations. Candidate must have 2-5 years experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment, with attention to sanitation and food quality. Serve Safe Certification preferred but not required. Must have understanding of managing food cost, labor cost, food ordering, and sanitation requirements.
