Responsibilities: Make sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards. Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods. Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions. Work productively with minimal supervision. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Clean kitchen and work areas. Deliver an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications: Applicants should have extensive knowledge about Sushi dishes. Minimum 6 months experience. Ability to create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, cutting, & packaging. Capability to determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food display.
