Hello,    My name is Dave Unumb and I am interested in being a part of your establishment. I have spent the last sixteen years cooking and working in all aspects of the restaurant business and have had the opportunity to hone my skills and further my culinary career. During my time in Vermont, Boston, New Orleans, New Mexico, and Asheville I have been lucky enough to learn more and more about the "Farm-to-fork" movement and have developed a passion for local, organic food and sustainable restaurant practices. In each place that i have lived, I have also had the chance to work in some great vegan restaurants. I would love to work at your restaurant because I feel it would be a place of accomplishment and hard work.
