Position Summary: Primarily responsible for all aspects of the day-to day culinary operations of the bank and facilities management. Essential Job Functions: • Assesses and work within a predetermined budget • Plan and prepare client and staff breakfast/lunches • Organize and coordinate special events/cocktail receptions • Develop scheduling and organizational procedures for the Food & Beverage department • Assist with breakfast/lunches for other FineMark locations • Encourage team building with fun and spontaneous ‘break time ‘occasions • Develop new branding ideas with fresh cookies and other ‘take away’ • Proactively manage the building maintenance and vendor management function for Coconut Point Office and Bonita Bay Office • Assure that all standard operating procedures for service quality and cost control are in place and consistently followed. Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are followed • Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures to ensure proper inventory controls. Enter all inventories into TPP (Total Party Planner) Software in a timely manner Required Education, Skills and Experience: • Excellent culinary knowledge and skills, with exceptional creative abilities • Food & beverage cost controls and operating procedures • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Effective time management • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Effective and professional communication skills both written and verbal ADA Job Description: The physical requirements and activities described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position may occasionally require that a person climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, push, pull, lift, grasp and/or feel. Visual Acuity Requirements. Close visual acuity and the ability to adjust focus, with or without correction, are required to perform activities such as, viewing a computer monitor or written materials and documents; reading; writing; preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; close visual inspection. Some distance vision and color vision may be necessary. Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier/printer.
