Position Summary: Primarily responsible for all aspects of the day-to day culinary operations of the bank and facilities management. Essential Job Functions: • Assesses and work within a predetermined budget • Plan and prepare client and staff breakfast/lunches • Organize and coordinate special events/cocktail receptions • Develop scheduling and organizational procedures for the Food & Beverage department • Assist with breakfast/lunches for other FineMark locations • Encourage team building with fun and spontaneous ‘break time ‘occasions • Develop new branding ideas with fresh cookies and other ‘take away’ • Proactively manage the building maintenance and vendor management function for Coconut Point Office and Bonita Bay Office • Assure that all standard operating procedures for service quality and cost control are in place and consistently followed. Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are followed • Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures to ensure proper inventory controls. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier/printer.
