Chef Job in Folsom, California

Folsom, California teriyaki and sushi restaurant is looking for experienced chef. You will eventually manage food preparation for the "teriyaki" part of the restaurant. Experience with food preparation, grilling, and pan-frying required. Good knife skills and experience preparing tempura is also needed. Must be able to support the sushi chef when tempura or grilled items are wanted. Ability to track inventory for food purchasing will be expected after 1 month. 30 years old or older preferred. Must be able to work well with existing staff. Guidance and training will be provided as needed – you need to provide the talent and right attitude.
