We need truly passionate cooks, sous chefs, and chefs to create daily changing menu. In our team ,you will be moving from station to station as a Garde-manger, Entremetier or Pastry Helper . This is a full time, long term position or part time if it is what you prefer. Wage will vary upon qualifications and start at a daily rate of 160.00 to 220.00. Only passionate cook and with some experience of working in a fine dining restaurant , some knowledge of culinary plants an asset as we have a large organic garden right outside the door of our oceanfront Hotel Restaurant . The dining room is open 5 days a week Thursday to Monday.
