My name is Sean Kelly and I'm the Product Marketing Manager at Robinson Fresh (a large grower/shipper in North America), and we have partnered with Albert Bartlett in selling and distributing their conventional and organic potatoes. We have an upcoming event on March 14th in Charleston, SC and are looking for a chef to prepare our potatoes to be featured at this event. These potatoes would be prepared before the event and we could pick them up before the show.
