Hello, my name is Maggi. Right off the bat, let me tell you that I have no culinary school experience. I love cooking and finding new recipes with flavor, texture and eye appeal . I have been told how wonderful my food is; once having my own catering business, and working many private parties and being fully employed as cook/nanny/house mgr. As a nanny, I cooked not only for the children but the parents as well.. My most recent job was working for two surgeons , who eagerly and happily gave me full control of designing the meal plans for them and their two children. It was so rewarding to delight them with different recipes of different cultures . i have, also, worked for two families with numerous food restrictions . That was challenging and interesting and it was a pleasure focusing on healthy eating. I love using fresh vegetables and fruits. Recently cooking for an elderly couple in town , I was asked to bake a pie each week as well . I’ve very much enjoyed getting into baking as well! Thanks for your time, Maggi
