A high-end cafe in Soma is searching for a Lead Vegan Cook. The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge in different Vegan cuisines, be familiar with menu preparation and have the ability to run their own station. Qualifications -1-2 years working in Vegan professional environment -Knowledge of different Vegan cuisines, and experience creating weekly menus -Able to work quickly, efficiently and be a team player -Must have a deep passion and understanding of Vegan Cuisine -1-2 years working with Mexican or Latin cuisines -Knowledge of different Mexican cuisines as well as knowledge of creating weekly menus -Able to work efficiently and be a team player M-F 6;30-2:30pm
