I've been cooking for about 9 years, 4 of which were spent in different restaurants ranging from Thai, to Vietnamese, to Chinese and Japanese. I consider my style of cooking to be highly specialized, as it is 100% vegan. My goal as your chef is to provide you with healthy, animal-free meals, without compromising the true cultural flavors of different Asian cuisine.
