I have been cooking in the industry since I was 15, I am now 27 years old. I have gone many places with my cooking such as 3 michelin star Ciel Bleu in Amsterdam where i did a 3 week stage. Now I am working and coming up with new recipes for every changing season. I have created my own dairy free cashew cheese. My cooking really advanced about 4 years ago when I became vegan. My girl friend who has been vegan her whole life. Teaching people and cooking a whole food plant based diet is what I love to do for people. I can cook any cuisine so even if your not vegan I can throw a party for you or cater to any event.
