I have a great passion for food and cooking in its entirety. I love staying on top of the food trends and utilizing my creativity, sweet or savory. My experience has taken me from the finest of dining sophistication working under high profile chefs and the other end of the spectrum, cooking alongside my grandparents in our family business where we make our families traditional Italian recipes by hand every day. I'm organized, efficient and my experience leaves me comfortable taking on any volume of people, dietary needs in virtually any kitchen. I’m very accustom to variables changing daily. Working with limited equipment, and staff is all very normal for me.
