Chef in San Diego, California

I've been cooking for 18 years and I am in love with being a chef. Cooking is aromatherapy to me and my passion. I am gluten-free and vegan, meaning I do not eat meat, gluten, or dairy products. I did not grow up a vegan, but it's a choice I do not regret. So many make the change based on a trend, but it's been amazing experience and a journey I want to continue.  I put love into every meal and create new and exciting recipes for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters alike. Being a  versatile chef is creating amazing meals for all food lovers.  I'm currently residing in sunny San Diego, California. Just moved from New Orleans and fell in love with the style of cuisine. Being from the south I would love to recreate some of the authentic dishes and make them my own. From entrees to desserts from Tennessee soul food to New Orleans cuisine , creating savory, mouth-watering cuisine is my thing!
