We’d like to hire a private chef for a birthday dinner party for our mom/grandma, who has a Christmas birthday. We did this a few years back and had a wonderful experience. We’ll be in a rental home with what looks like a fantastic kitchen, we are 8 adults and 2 kids (9y and 7yr). We’d like to have some appetizers, a sit down dinner, and a cake for dessert (given that it’s a birthday dinner). We would enjoy some interaction with a chef who is personable and energetic. We would expect the chef would bring what they need including the groceries, and cleanup after. This will allow us to have a relaxed time together. We’re interested in a combination of innovation and traditional cuisine. The dates are flexible between Jan 2-4
