I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years back and front of the house. well travel (27 countries) and well versed in health cuisine, vegetarian, vegan, low fat, low carb, gluten free. I can cook European food French, Italian, German and specially Spanish with a great Paella and Tapas. Also Lived in South America Can do Brazilian food, Venezuelan, Colombian, Chilean, Argentinian and Peruvian. From the Caribbean I have lived in Puerto Rico, Dominican republic all the Dutch Island in the Caribbean. went to school her in Seattle and got in to Asian cuisine and fusion. can do traditional Chinese , Thai and Japanese cuisine as well as Indonesian. I can communicate in few languages and I like to make any event fun, as well as be invisible if necessary.
