Chef Job in Parma, Ohio

I've been a culinary student since the day I was born. From watching my mother and father cook family meals, To reading cook books beginning to end. I've always watched the big Celebrity chefs on Television as a child and always knew I'd wanted to find someone to teach me how to cook with such a fury like those people. I went to a tech prep program in Normandy High School for Culinary Arts. I've Participated in many cooking competitions. One of them being Prostart Ohio. A competition where Multiple culinary schools compete in sanitation and execution of various Culinary skills. My team placed Third among 16 other schools. Where as myself had Achieved First Place for displaying the best skills in breaking down an entire Chicken in a French Technique. I've worked For Chef Dominic At the Chestnut Tavern and he taught me all about speed and execution. Now I've been working for Fast Eddies For around 2 1/2 years now. I'm currently his Kitchen manager. They taught me how to car for the food with a passion and treat Customers and Staff like you would with your own family. I am ServSafe certified and have many other certificates and Licenses in the Culinary Field I'm currently looking for good pay Around 27 - 30 k A year and a chef who can teach me all they know
