I am restarting Dr. Gundry' Diet Evolution program. The recipes are not difficult or complicated. I require someone who has read the book and understands the program. I am looking for a chef to prepare my meals so that I can be consistent with the eating plan and more easily reach my weight loss and lifestyle goals in an affordable manner. I am highly motivated to see this work. I have had a personal chef in the past and really liked everything about it. I have a strong preference for organic foods. Thank you.
