Chef in Vancouver, Washington

Good Afternoon . My names is Sean Katelansky and I am inquiring about the private chef openings available all over the US. A brief synopsis about me, I'm 29 years old and turn 30 in September. I reside in the central part of new jersey in a town called Piscataway near Rutgers. Before I was a Chef , I attended St John's University in Queens where I received my bachelors and was able to study communications, music business , and audio engineering. This past year ,2017, I graduated from the Middlesex Country College Culinary program. From April 2017 until December, I was a cook at a restaurant called Bishops Bistro. While there . I gained much experience in a full range bistro as a prep, line, Saute and grill cook. I've acquired other skills such as food prep, stock building , protein breakdown, plating and line setup .There were times where I've also ran lunch and/or dinner service in a one man kitchen. After my stint in the restaurant, I received a job with Chartwells, an affiliate of Compass group, that provides healthy meals for kids K-12. Currently I am a lead chef in their kitchens providing between 500-1000... meals a day between Elementary and High School meals. I lead between 8-10 food service workers daily. In my spare time, I've done a few private events , private dinner and also meal prepped for a few athletes. In addition to this, i used to be involved in many youth programs and summer camps so I have much experience with children I am Serv Safe certified, which is the sanitation requirement for New Jersey . Being a private chef is one of my goals and I can also do a tasting in your home as well as provide pictures of meals I have done. I hope my experience can be a great addition to your team .
