Chef in Las Vegas, Nevada

I am a young chef looking to get opportunities to show my worth in the kitchen. I'm a very hard worker, organized, and always eager to learn. I like to cook a lot of my own food, and my goal in life is to please people with the food I cook for them. I always like to come up with new flavors, and I try to cook as healthy as I can while also making a satisfying, tasty meal. For those looking for unique meals, or just basic home-cooked food, I'm your chef. I recently graduated from a 4-year culinary program at Northwest Career and Technical Academy, and I participated in multiple cooking competitions. I placed 2nd in the state in a culinary competition involving creating a four-course menu. I also planned and conducted a 200-person banquet my senior year, at which me and my fellow culinary students displayed our own "restaurant style" tapas/dessert menus. I've assisted in cooking demonstrations, and have experience in baking and cake decorating as well. I also have experience in catering and banquet service, food prep, food safety and sanitation, and much more. I currently work at a gluten-free bakery, and I have much experience working with gluten and dairy allergies, and I can accommodate any allergy or intolerance you may have. Baking is definitely a love of mine (I mean, who doesn't love dessert?), but savory cooking is my passion. I may be young, but I am excited to share what I can do with anyone willing to give me a chance.
